HAEDRICH & CO., INC.
is a full-service commercial real estate firm
established in 1985. As its primary mission, the firm
seeks to professionally serve its clients in making
well-informed decisions concerning the use, management
and operation, acquisition or disposition of real
estate. HAEDRICH & CO., INC. employs a teamwork
approach to the sales and leasing of commercial real
estate. The entire staff works as a team in providing
service to the clientele and permits staff members
with the firm to specialize in their particular area
of expertise, i.e., marketing promotion, negotiation,
contract writing, valuation and analysis.
STAFF

BILL HAEDRICH, MAI, CCIM,
is a member of the Appraisal Institute, a Certified
Commercial Investment Member and is a licensed real
estate broker, with over 28 years of real estate sales
and valuation experience. Bill has been instrumental
in marketing, negotiating and closing over 400 million
dollars in sales and lease transactions of commercial
and investment properties in the Redding area over the
last 20 years. As a graduate of the University of
California, Davis, his appraisal background and
computer expertise has enabled the firm to provide
invaluable market-related data and computer-assisted
valuation analyses to its clients.
CHRIS HAEDRICH, is a licensed commercial real estate salesperson who enjoys marketing and promoting of all the company properties. After graduating from the University of California, Santa Barbara in Global Studies, Chris had the opportunity to visit several countries including most of Europe, Southeast Asia and India. He excels in computer analysis and marketing which provides clients with analytical support for appropriate and prudent investment decisions. Chris also has a video production company that has proven to be a very useful marketing tool for the company as video promotion becomes more prevalent in our industry. Look for properties on Youtube! RYAN B. HAEDRICH is a licensed commercial real estate salesperson, and a member of a three person professional team at Haedrich & Co., Inc. Prior to joining Haedrich & Co., Inc., he was a commercial lender at a regional bank in Northern California, and is a graduate of the California Bankers Association Commercial Lending School. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, in Business/Economics with an emphasis in Accounting. He believes strongly in being proactive for his clients, and educating his clients on the financial benefits of commercial real estate. His background and experience provide customers superior service in commercial financing, and business valuation. He is actively pursuing his CCIM designation.
SUSAN ROBERSON
provides assistance and support as the company’s receptionist and marketing administrator. She produces the firms marketing flyers and property profiles as well as all listing agreements. She manages the firms listings on various internet sites such as Multiple Listing Service, Loop Net, Catalyst, and the firms own website. She has outstanding organizational, marketing and computer skills. She assists all staff members with clerical support, marketing profile distribution and database management.
SUZANNE TIKKER
joined Haedrich & Co., Inc., with thirty-three years
of experience as an escrow officer and two years as a
residential lender. Her background in escrow and
lending has proved invaluable in overseeing the
complex contracts, purchase agreements, leases and
escrows. Suzanne had obtained her real estate license.
This, along with the expertise and professionalism she
already possess, is a valuable asset to the company
and the commercial real estate clientele we serve. In
her spare time, Suzanne is an instructor at Shasta
College, teaching Introduction to Escrow and Real
Estate Finance.
KAREN EHRLICH
came to Haedrich & Co., Inc. with an extensive,
successful career in accounting, business management
and human resources. Her experience includes the
construction, medical and publishing fields. Karen is
responsible for the accounting operations and
completes multiple, monthly financial statements and
information in a timely, accurate and efficient
manner. Her proven strengths in ethics, creativity,
leadership, judgment, decision making and
communication skills make her a great support member
for our staff. |
