    National Women’s Fashion Boutique coming to Downtown Redding

     

    Apricot Lane Boutique is coming to Market Center in Downtown Redding to become the first tenant providing “Retail at the Whistle”

     

    Redding, CA (February 8, 2022) –Haedrich & Co., Inc. is proud to announce today the completion of the first lease in the Market Center building at 1551 Market Street in Downtown Redding, CA.  Looking to occupy the corner suite at Butte and Market Streets directly next to the famed whistle, local franchisees Heath and Kassandra Warner are planning to open Apricot Lane Boutique, a national women’s fashion clothing store.

     

    “We have been looking forward to opening our boutique in Redding and specifically wanted to be downtown,” stated Kassandra Warner, co-owner of the store with her husband Heath, “we are thrilled to join the other quality shops downtown and add to the retail experience.  Downtown is the place to be.”  Partners and brothers Allen and Daniel Knott of K2 Market Street Development, LLC, the building owner, could not agree more and are enthused with the activity in the building.  “We are pleased Apricot Lane Boutique is joining the unique mix of businesses that we hope will continue the transformation of the Downtown Redding economy.  We know they’ll do well and we’re proud to have them,” Allen Knott mentioned when asked about the store.  As for the remaining space, Mr. Knott continued, “Market Center is on track to be fully leased this year and we look forward to welcoming more businesses and some appetizing restaurants.  We love to see our confidence in Downtown Redding is shared by others.”  Haedrich & Co. and Storm Partners, who completed the deal on behalf of K2 Market Street Development, LLC, stated Apricot Lane Boutique will be occupying approximately 1,500 square feet in Suite D at the northwestern corner directly next to the whistle.  The team is working to complete construction early summer with a grand opening shortly thereafter.
